We have many different ways to fabricate items. We often brainstorm in order to determine the most cost efficient way to produce the product. This might use several different machines, or multiple processes. We utilize all of our resources in order to provide the most cost efficient methods and processes possible in order to pass this on to our customers. This allows our customers to be more profitable and aggressive in the marketplace. Listed below are some of our most common methods of fabrication:
Stocking options are available for repeat customers. This will allow our customers to purchase their products in relevancy of their sales. For busy months they might need more products, and less during slow months. This allows our customers to still receive the low cost price for buying in bulk, but not having to spend all of the money up front, or have warehouse space taken by buying several months of product at once. With stocking options, you will be able to receive same day shipping on high production items.
One of the most utilized services recently is our assembly. For items that might need a small assembly, we will not only fabricate the product, but also assemble these products for our customers. This allows for easier ordering and ultimately a much shorter lead time for our customers. We also offer drop ship service. This helps cut down on inventory for our customers, and no need for receiving and shipping on their end. We will send directly to your customer with your information. You will also receive confirmation of shipment details including tracking numbers and receipt.
All of our customers will receive the same quality we demand from ourselves. Each operation is checked often, and a final inspection before shipment will be done. All ISO documentation is in place with a traceability of up to 7 years. Each customer may request a copy with the shipment.
